The Story
Mohamed Noor Mohamed, 25, of North Mankato, Minnesota, works overnight shifts at an Amazon warehouse — and builds a strongman career around them. He clocks in at night so he can chase this during the day: training, eating, and competing, funded entirely from warehouse wages, with no team and no budget handed to him.
He has competed 14 times from 2023 to 2026, including a 1st place finish at Autumn Avengers ’25. The philosophy is on the record everywhere on this site: protect the body that produces the money, read the room, and do the work like a professional.
The Numbers
- Deadlift: 530 lb raw at roughly 162 lb bodyweight — 3.27× bodyweight (540 lb suited)
- Bench press: 295 lb raw
- Squat: 445 lb
- 14 competitions, 2023–2026, in the open 80kg class
The Road Ahead
Everything is pointed at one date: War at the Warehouse IV, a Strongman Corporation national qualifier, on March 13, 2027, in Sussex, Wisconsin — and Mohamed is already registered. The build is public: the Road to 80kg tracks the gain from 162 lb to the 176 lb class limit on this site, weigh-in by weigh-in, while the twice-daily site updates and the Forge Journal document the road as it happens.

What Partners Get
Every partnership is shaped to the partner — these are the conversation starters, agreed case by case:
- Logo placement on this site and on gear, where agreed
- Features across his social channels
- A presence on comp day — the platform, the warm-up room, and the content that comes out of it
- An athlete who treats a partnership like a job: professional, on schedule, and easy to work with
What He’s Looking For
- Equipment — the implements and gear a national-qualifier run runs on
- Nutrition — the food and supplements behind a public bulk from 162 to 176 lb
- Recovery services — the body is the asset; keeping it working is the whole business
- Local business partners — North Mankato and southern Minnesota businesses that want their name on a hometown athlete’s road to a national stage
